Installing the Powersheet Plugin and License

To enable Powersheet in your Polarion instance, you must deploy the plugin package and place the license file into the correct filesystem location. The installation process is nearly identical to Risksheet and takes just a few minutes.

1. Deploy the Plugin Files

1. Locate the plugin distribution folder in the provided zip archive:
   

   • It will be a folder named:

com.nextedy.powersheet

1. Copy the entire folder into:

<polarion_home>/polarion/extensions/

2. Restart the Polarion server to apply the plugin.

2. Apply the License (Filesystem-Based)

1. Place your Powersheet license file (provided by Nextedy) into:

<polarion_home>/polarion/license/

3. Validate the Installation

After restart, check for successful plugin deployment:

• Open global Administration
  

• You should see a new section called:
   NEXTEDY Powersheet

This confirms that the plugin loaded and the license was accepted.

⚠ Troubleshooting Tip

If Powersheet does not appear after installation:

• Stop Polarion
  

• Delete the cached configuration folder:
  

<polarion_data>/workspace/.config

• Then restart Polarion

This will force Polarion to reinitialize extension configurations and often resolves plugin recognition issues.
